The Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP) is a case management service for foreign national victims of a severe form of trafficking in persons, potential victims of trafficking seeking HHS Certification, and their qualified family members. Our trauma-informed, multi-lingual staff assist with:
  • Intensive case management services
  • Help with basic needs: food, clothing, financial support, housing, transportation, and safety
  • Help with navigating the immigration system
  • Help with navigating the public benefits system
  • Referrals for education and training opportunities to plan for the future
  • Help with accessing basic primary medical and dental care
  • Family reunification
  • Referral to job training and professional certification
