ICA began in 1990 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with its first office in California. ICA was built on the foundational principles of Hospitality and Sanctuary, advocating to be a Voice of HOPE for those who are rendered without refuge.

We currently have offices in Southern California, Northern California, and North Carolina. We provide services to: 

California Counties: Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, El Dorado, Stanislaus, Sacramento, Yolo, Yuba, Nevada, Placer, Sonoma, Shasta, Napa, Lasses, Butte, Solano, Plumas, Tehama, Amador, Trinity, Mendocino.

North Carolina Counties: Durham, Wake, Orange, Franklin, Chatham, Granville, Person

Our Vision is to actively engage in further advancing our message of HOPE. That message of HOPE can be found through our programs and services such as foster care, family reunification, adoption, guardianship, humanitarian aid, mental health services, trafficked victim assistance, legal services, and various other support services.
