May is Foster Care Awareness Month. We want to start by saying THANK YOU to anyone or any organization that has been a part of changing these kiddos’ lives by providing HOPE over the years. That HOPE could’ve been thru Fostering, tutoring, respite, providing meals, providing transportation, gifts of essential items, or donating monetarily, all of the ways people have been a part, ICA is entirely grateful.
Every year, there are nearly 400,000 children and youth in the Foster Care system. We are so thankful for all the families that have been a part of giving these kiddos HOPE. It’s not an easy task, but with our Foster Families and our beloved staff, we can continue to be a voice of HOPE for these children and youth in need!
🏡 Resoure Families
We are continually seeing a need for Resource Families, or Foster Families. If you’ve been thinking about fostering, or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office.
❤️ Counseling
We are open to the community and have been and we don’t think everyone knows that. If you could spread that word that our Temecula Office Counseling Center is open to the community, we’d greatly appreciate it.
May is Foster Care Awareness Month! Catch different members of our team at your local churches and organizations this month, spreading the word about ICA and our programs.
* Events can be canceled at any time without warning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For information on our events please contact ICA directly.
🧠 Counseling Center
Pray for us as we continue to seek out avenues of funding for our Counseling Center. Our Counseling Center has been a major resource for our foster families AND it also serves members of our community. We try to keep our costs as low as possible but we can only do that with additional funding resources. Pray we find additional funding resources.📃 Program Funding
Pray that we can continue to find additional funding for our various active programs and our potential new programs that may find a start date soon.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
Today happens to also be National Day of Prayer. We are praying for you! We ask that you continue to pray for our foster children, our resource families, our staff, and our staff’s families.
